I like to observe humans in general specially women, to be precise I like observing their body language, facial expressions and psychological as well as physical responses to their environment.

You'll need to learn HTML & CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, mySQL and Asp.net
To get the website up and running on a server than you'll have to buy a host connection to add your site to the internet server and get a host name etc.
You'll need to get your website licensed too.
