I feel like you're going to get a ton of backlash. Locker rooms are um...a place of privacy, and well, you wouldn't want a guy purposely dressing as a girl to sneak into the girls locker rooms to see what happens in there, would you? But if you're not serious and you're just curious, it depends on how well you pass as a guy.

Please get her to delete the photo. Anyone would be uncomfortable with pictures of them that are taken without permission or of them in a vulnerable state. It's not always that she could backstab you, it's that she shouldn't be able to have these pictures of you in the first place.
