imho, all Jp va are incredible. They work hard to become good at what they do and take their work and art very seriously. They make the characters more alive. They sound very beautiful and expressive. The most recent one I'm folllowing (novel and anime) is Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings (a Eurasian female friend recommended me this anime). Bullying is part of humour, you don't have anyone close to you? If you have no humour you're lacking in the emotional development department because you can't take jabs, or insults and gracefully laugh together with people.
