Oh boy, here we go. Lost over 20kg, still wanting to lose another 20kg. Calorie deficit is the only thing that works. Like, ur only losing weight if you ingest less calories than you use (be it for sports, or your normal existing). Estimating your calories is, how do i put this, the worst thing. Underconsumption. Many ppl do it online for the fame, some do it for the planet (i support this). But for some ppl this "trend" is just life, yk? I have several handwritings and i can write each one if i want. What helped me a great deal was imagine what the letters should look like. What sort of"A" do you want, how cursive should it be? Then simply go over with in your mind, maybe make even handmovements to the thoughts. Also, try to slow down just put more time into your handwriting. ......   2 reply

It's a novel called "Schlafes Bruder" (Sleeping brother or smt like that) and i hate it with every cell of my body. Disgusting scenes, disgusting and disturbing writing. Got diagnosed with endometriosis. Pain, it's often a 8/10, but i also take 6-10 painkillers a day. Before the period: 2-3 days before a period i get cramps, which are around a 5-6/10, but doable.
