I heard cleaning can help distract yourself a bit, and after your done you will have enough space to fill your emotions in an organized environment. What helps me outside of religious reasons, its to either listen to happy or hyped up music to stop me to seriously cry, or reread a comfort manga/hua or watch a couple of videos that I know will make......   reply
