I usually go to bed from 8:45-10:00 on most school nights and then wake up around 5:40-6:00. On the weekends it varies depending on what I did that day and what I have to do the next day but I usually stay up later. If I don't get at least 8 hours I feel terrible so I try to prioritize my sleep.
