Don't really trust them unless with shoujo sometimes. But fr don't just judge the story based on ratings, most raters here have only read the first chapters then decide whether it's a one star or not. Same, i have symptoms too but no one has been affected by it though it’s been months now so they say it’s a me problem. I got tested on the early weeks of this and it said negative so.
