I think there is just a ton of new things coming out every day and the quality is suffering. It's an overload fatigue, I have the same. To be fair in 2010 or 2019 there were also a lot of bad and boring ones (also in manga, manhwa and dramas), but you probably got recommendations or 'filtered' those boring ones out because there was enough good one......
