I would try min/maxing it. Do everything for the classes you’re confident in and then move on to the other classes later. Also, it never hurts to email teachers and try to come to compromises. Most teachers have compassion for students in tough situations and will either drop a couple assignments, put some in as less, or let you do a large assign......

One thing missing here is under reporting. Please don’t forget that male victims typically don’t come forward as a result of toxic masculinity in our culture. Beyond that, I can’t even count how many times I’ve seen girls around me “playfully” hitting guys with literally all their might where the guys can’t retaliate.

I think you should celebrate his memory. Remembering the time you treasured with him is an important step in getting through the grief and it may hurt more to try to ignore it. Plus, if there is an afterlife (since there's really no way to know) I'm sure it would mean a lot to him.
