As somebody who has panic attacks due to death anxiety I can give a minor suggestion that helps me out a lot. I normally listen to music, play some games or talk to my friends, it’s a way to helps me calm down and collect myself. Tbh I hate lots of things when it comes to some BL/Yaoi, however what I hate the most are stories like JINX. I genuinely just don’t understand why some authors feel the need to romanticize or make “Yaoi” out of serious topics like that, and I mean the whole entire plot just being based around that. I hate redemption arcs alot in Bl because most of the stuff they’ve done isn’t redeemable in the slightest. Abuse, rape SA etc none of this stuff is redeemable yet most Yaoi authors & fans act like it is and they just completely gloss over everything that happened beforehand, it’s just weird and I hate it.   reply
