weifht loss in a week is pretty unrealistic workouts usually need at least 2 to 3 weeks to show some minor results in my opinion but maybe you could reduce flour, salt and seriously 0% sugar which could help with bloating and some weight loss and maybe try no dairy and 5km to 7kn walks a day and rope skipping   reply
