I hate love triangles and I agree with all your points. You might have a food intolerance that results in your acne. Try to do an elimination diet. Stop eating certain foods for 6 weeks and see if that gets rid of your problem. Scratching yourself as a reaction to anxiety is not necessarily self harm but when you do it with pencils and pens to the point where it causes injury is definitely self-harm. Please look for a healthier way to deal with anxiety and boredom and other negative feelings. Like playing solitaire. Or drawing.   reply
