I too tend to think more on the pessimistic side, I don't think it's inherently bad to consider the worst outcome and be prepared for that case. On the other hand I also try to reason and really think about how realistic my thoughts are when I'm anxious. Like is there any evidence or signs that this would realistically and likely happen?
