Atm I'm a huge fan of delinquent type character tropes who turn out to be fluffy marshmallows. I have a side shave, 3/4ths of my hair is down to my shoulder blades, and the other side is a few centimeters long. I've had short hair in the past, and I really love the shaved on the sides, longer at the top with curls look.
