I loved opening up the comments after reading the most horrid topic title there could possibly fucking be and watching the drama unfold underneath. "Toning" isn't a real thing lol. That just means you want slight muscle definition but it will fluctuate throughout the day, especially after you wake up, and then again after you eat.
