So on 5th May one of my favourite utaites (MafuMafu) is gonna do a live concert for free on YouTube stream but it starts when I'm at school and It's not gonna be archived :( Any ideas how I skip class? (There no online classes tho)

Any tips to control a panic attack?
Recently I've been getting too scared and I can't control myself.
I don't how to calm it down...
This always happens at night.
So I can't really ask someone to help me.
Most of the time I cry myself to sleep.

I really can't handle this...
I just want my (emeto)phobia to disappear.
I can't eat properly, I think I will vomit 24/7.
I tried going to psychology but they just focus on other things rather than my phobia...
