I'll start off with the best I've ever read: The song of Achilles

Armpit, legs, etc. I'm a woman and shamelessly walk around with legs as hairy as a man's. Too lazy to shave. People don't really care either.

My brain is infected with too much yaoi. My (male)boss asked one of my (male)coworkers just now, "are you ready for me or do you need to get ready?" and I almost lost it. I'm sitting here trying to hold in my laughter because thinking about it my coworker makes the perfect uke. He's taller and angry all the time, a tsundre!!!

First they added the annoying captcha at sign-in, and now every time I access the site I'm redirected to an even more annoying captcha that asks to identify images TWICE. I like this site and have been on it for several years, but it's no mistake to say it's going to shit. The only thing that keeps me here at this point are my lists. As soon as I find a way to export them I am gone.

The yaoi fandom, at least here in this site, seems to be overrun by teens and tweens now. I find myself coming back less and less often..

I just set up a gofundme in hopes I can raise some funds for vet care for the little guy. I've spent so much already on vet care and can't afford to treat this new condition that came up. He's been throwing up blood :((

Mostly angst, fluff and smut. Doesn't have to be on discord. We can RP here as well. We can do original characters or use existing characters from anime/manga like Yuri on Ice.

I used to read so much yaoi everyday, obsessively. But these days I find myself rolling my eyes and rushing through the chapters to finish them quickly, or I'll just stop reading. Recently I tried rereading one of my favorite shounen ai manga and I wish I hadn't. I think it has largely to do with exposure to a lot of other literature. Man, and I thought I was going to be reading yaoi all my life.

For me YOI Viktor & yuri. They're just too perfect already and I don't want to stain them.
Then there are a few series that are just too sacred to go into that realm (e.g. LOTGH)
