I wonder if there are many people in this website that have trichotillomania. Have been feeling kinda down about my tricho (it's not bad rn, it's because I'm remembering the past) and I wonder about other's experiences with it

Please emergency! To people who have experienced the loss of a parent, what is the best way to comfort you?
I can listen but should I say something? I will not give advice because I both can't and it's not my place to. What comforting words did you want to hear?
