People really don't... But for some reason a lot of people get praised for not being Terrible (especially men). I read a book called Awards For Good Boys that went into the way we praise men for bare minimum effort and how that actually makes things worse, and I highly recommend it.   reply

You're probably nonbinary. Since you're uncomfortable being identified as female, but less uncomfortable being identified as a male, I'd also look into genders like genderfaun, antigirl, and demiboy.
