There's certain things that came up with these sorts of things but I don't know if it would help you out because truth to be told, I'm quite the same but I tried hard enough to just cry a bit. Rather then psychical it's emotional abuse, and I'm pretty sure my mom didn't even know or even notice that she both mentally & emotionally abuses me, i even have a f trauma bc of her, what's even worse yesterday night me and my family had a talk together which u shouldn't do when ur mentally tired.
