Try to push yourself to do the opposite of what it's telling you. And if it's a negative voice I think u gonna have to go to a therapist or something ( it actually helps) bc ion know what to do in that case. But if it's interrupting your thoughts, and just being annoying try to meditate. Youtube has some pretty good stuff for that.   reply

I think you shouldn't of said that, even if you didn't mean anything bad by it. If the book isn't referencing to it then leave it there. It might remind you if it but commenting ab it just makes it worse, and kind of ruins it for the readers too. i cant read all of the sudden- Edit: nvm, I figured it out, they're saying that if you have ever read a manga that has a yaoi title and after you're done reading the book it takes you to the replies you realize it was actually a shounen ai.   reply
