Exercise. Not until you feel like dying, but enough to feel like you put out energy. Take a walk, run around with your dog, or a really really light jog until it’s not fun anymore (aka you don’t have to force yourself) I’ve been through psychiatric care, tried all kinds of meds. It makes my brain feel too tired to over think or be stressed ......   reply
