As a lesbian, I love it when I read a good GL, but sometimes there are things that still urk me when I read them. That being said, as an avid BL reader, I'm sure there's a lot of gays that feel the same way about BL. So I want to ask Fellow Gay and Lesbians if there's one thing they'd want to change about Yaoi and Yuri, besides the whole fetishization, which everyone wants to be changed. So what would it be for you? Mine would be the fact that in a lot of yuri manga, if it isn't ecchi, the romance elements in the manga can often be vague or not really there to the point where the reader can argue that it more of a strong friendship than romance. I have more like, the where the one of the characters confessing their love to a person of the same sex is played as a joke even in GL and BL, and everyone is supposed to be shocked by it. That being said, I'd like to hear all of your opinions as well! Also! Feel free to add your gripes as say, a Bisexual with your gripes about your portrayal in manga as well, along with other sexual identities ^^

What's a manga, manhwa, or manhua where when you looked into the comment section you realize that it was just a bunch of 12/13 year olds reading this when they really shouldn't be? Specifically adult stories, but this can apply to most mangas and such geared for older audiences! Honestly It always takes me the fuck out when I try to go into a comment section and get bombarded with a bunch of piss poor and ice cold takes by children who obviously don't have the comprehension to understand fiction.

Look, me and a friend of my where talking about dicks when I mentioned lightsaber dicks to him. The guy is a robot fucker so he thought like an actual laser dick(which he was totally down for) but I was trying to explain to him that I was talking about the all white dick censoring style. He was confused so I was trying to show him an example. The problem is, I don't have any good examples on hand, anyone have a good example of a "lightsaber" Dick?

I have memory issues, along with whole other mess of things to the point where I and my therapist thinks I have adhd, but I haven't been tested for it yet so I can't say so for sure. Regardless, my memory is shit that and numerous other reasons, yet I can't get my family to understand this... I know I'm 18 and that my family wants me to start getting my life together, but at the same time, I can't help that I forget things all the time! Is there anyway you can get your family to unstand that maybe you're not purposefully forgetting things?
