I hate stereotypes. Like when the submissive is super shy, weak-willed, and just plain. Or when the dominant is super rude, forceful and pushy. I like characters who have backbone, and just personality in general, not a character molded to suit a common stereotype that isn't realistic in the least. I also dislike it when a character has super short...... reply
17 (just a few months away from 18!) Trans male, mixed, student. Hhh I've been a yaoi fan for... mmmn, almost 6 years now? :') Like many others, my first yaoi was junjou romantica -- though I'm not much of a fan of it anymore. 1 reply
Hmmm... I like a lot of different types of yaoi. Sometimes I like a shounen-ai with fantasy and supernatural elements that revolves around a couple overcoming obstacles (Asterisk or Silver Diamond for example). And then I also really like deeper, more angsty yaoi, where the couple goes through a hell of a lot of emotional struggles to be together (...... reply
I have this sometimes too! It usually appears when I'm at a low point, and start to feel that instead of wasting my time watching anime or reading manga, I should be doing more productive things. But then maybe a week or so later, I'll feel comfortable enough again to dive back into it. ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ 1 reply
I'd wanna live in a world like from the 'pure blood' manga. It'd be sooo nice to be a deterrent for a sexy ass vampire and have cool powers. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ reply
Yisss, lots of people surrounding me know. My mom (who isn't huge on it but also has her occasional boyxboy ships when we watch an anime together), legit all of my friends (they also read it), and a cousin of mine. My dad hasn't really found out, and neither has my older sister -- I don't plan on telling them lol. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ 2 reply
Hmm... I usually look for plots that have fantasy/historical elements in them, and very little smut. I really like reading about a couple's magical adventure while a lot of action is happening and all that good stuff. (≧∀≦) 1 reply
Ohh this is a fun question to answer. (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ My name has always been hard for people to pronounce, so eventually it got to the point where it was shortened, and I was simply called "Nami". It's basically become my real name now, and I like it quite a lot. 1 reply
I would love if you were able to do this one, "Pinky Promise Leo"! https://tsubonari.wixsite.com/pinkypromiseleo
One of my alltime favorite, by a really amazing artist! reply
My first anime... if I remember correctly, was either Saint Seiya (the dubbed version) or Yu Yu Hakusho. :'D My mom and I had found dvds at the library, and a retro store type place. I was about, 8 or 9? My first manga was perhaps Kamichama Karin? Or Kitchen Princess. It's been so long lmao. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ 1 reply
