I think that whether or not you should consider it a sin depends on your religion. From what I know, most religions teach that homosexuality is a sin and that all sex outside of marriage is a sin. I don't see how going to a doctor will change anything.   reply

Hard to say. Probably not I guess. Urahara said it before, that human and soul reaper and Quincy and hollow keep each other in check. I think it would have been nearly impossible for his powers to awaken on their own because of this.
