I'm a huge fan of Tsukiuta / Tsukipro! I don't follow everything besides the music CDs (and 5 anime seasons but it requires some bg), but they do a lot through Twitter, drama CD's and stage plays. So, I think I first read Junjou Romantica sometime in middle school but I don't remember anything explicit? Just the storyline lol.
