I understand you. I have the same problem. I watch too much anime/manga. If I stop I just remember all my problems which is very unbearable. I am terribly lonely, I don't have any friends, my life is a mess etc. I just keep thinking about it. So I distract myself with anime or literally anything as long as it makes me stop thinking about other thi......   reply
