Honestly, put yourself first. Even if Zoe and Matt think that their relationship and interactions are fine, if it bothers you speak up. Even if someone thinks you're overreacting, it doesn't matter, because if you're not happy in your relationship and the way you're treated, you deserve what you want. While it is true that everyone should be grateful for what they have, because there are way less fortunate people in this world. I still think it's unfair to invalidate someone's sadness just because of that.
