I have techniques that I'd constantly use which will prolly help y'all. If you're one of those people who will feel sleepy and feel like your eyes are heavy but can't sleep a wink at night, try counting backwards starting from 99 to 1 while having slow breathes, inhale and exhale and relax as you do so.
