It's usually, "and they/he/she live(s) happily ever after." Unless the author implies something else which would be a waste of material tbh. I don't see a point in ending a story w/loose ends from an author's perspective because you'd lose out on potential money you could make. I think I tried reading it twice and read 20 or so chapters then dropped it both times. The concept itself made me feel oddly uncomfortable and I didn't understand what the hype was about.
