Hey, I hope you know that I care genuinely care about you and hope you get through this.
Disinfect your scars to avoid infection! Try to stop cutting when your swim club starts! The chlorine in the pool will hurt when it touches your scars.
I know it’s hard to stop cutting but I have some tips that can help you get through this tough time.
