I take Diclofenac, it helps especially the suppo form. Also roll a warm blanket on your belly and back, make sure it's extra warm, dress warm too even if you have to wear socks during summer, trust me it helps. You don't need to label yourself at all, just live day by day, emotion by emotion, if you're asexually attracted to someone then you're attracted to them, if you're not then you're simply not.
