Hey, I just want to say: I know how you feel. And I can just tell you some things I do to distract myself from cutting or thinking bad things. I wrote down a lot of small sticky notes and put them on my desk on my door just anywhere in my room with positive things. Know that you are loved and never a bother to those that truly care for your well being.Keep or make a support system, it's better to have a close few friends or family that you feel safe with then to be alone. I’ve been struggling with self harm for years now, and I have to say although I’m not a professional and I have never been to a therapist personally (yet). The best I can recommend is whenever you get the urge get a rubber band and slap it on your skin, if mimics the pain of cuts. Draw lines with a Washable marker Of where you want to cut.
