I've looked through all of my favorites lists, and it looks like Kagami Keiichi (Kuroneko Series) is my answer.
He tends to be super pushy and direct when he has a goal. So, even though that might be obnoxious at times, I feel like it would work out because I wouldn't be able to ignore him. Lol~ (=・ω・=)
