Is it alright for me to want to be rude with everyone?

Well, to be a doctor at some point means to be for people. My mother is a doctor and from her experience I can tell you that people sometimes going just for a check (especially older ones) often just need to talk with you and receive some kindness or positive attitude. I too don't care about my family and would actually prefer if I lived alone in silence so it is fine for you to want to get away from your family or to not want to associate with them but purposely being rude is just annoying.
