My top 1 would be Kikoeru? by Hashimoto, Aoi. Second would be Sekaiichi Hatsukoi by Nakamura Shungiku and the 3rd is Omairi desu yo by Yamamoto Kotetsuko! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
But I don't know if this is my top favorite "of all time" 'cause my tastes in yaoi always change in time. :c
