My ex bf told me he likes someone else now...

My ex and I break up was very messy.... We were very good... But in our 3rd year every thing changed.... He started to drink and after drinking he used to verbal abuse me. And tortured me with his crazy verbal abuse.. Then I had enough so I broke up.. Then now after showing he can only love me.. Nd can die for me.. Nd begged to not throw him away and give him another chance... Suddenly he told me he likes another girl now.... Suddenly I'm devastated I cried 3 days straight. What should I do now to forget him... I'm totally alone now...
