What food combo that is seen as disgusting or blasphemous to many, actually tastes great for you?

Mine would be pineapples on pizza. I really don't understand why so many people dislike this particular food combo.

I make a "sauce" mixing ketchup and mayo to dip my pizza in. Or when we order from domino's, I always get a packet of BBQ sauce and a packet of garlic mayo and mix them together (as a belgian, I loooove mayo) reply
