It was a pinch, a cat scratch hurt more. They might be a bit tender afterwards since you gotta clean your ears and rotate the earring. Mostly it’s just people psyching and stressing them selves up, like it’s why I cried even though I wanted them lol and kinda how my cousin fainted after (but that was a mix of not drinking water on a hot day too......
