Help me find a yaoi manga please
Im looking for a yaoi manga where the two main characters have some sort of disease that makes heart appear on their body because of something to do with love and they have to take medicine for it to go away the two main characters are childhood friends and one had loved the other for a while and then they discover that they both have the disease and eventually get together....
