Help me find this manga

Uke's mom is a prostitute (I think) and seme's family is rich. Uke's mom doesn't love him and he ended up running away or the mom probably kicked him out.
Seme's dad doesn't love him and seme's mom and dad got a divorce when he was young. He had a choice between going with his mom or dad and he chose his dad because he wanted his dad to accept him. When seme was in high school he decided to live alone but still use his dads money (I think).
Uke ended up living with the seme. Uke is number one in school that's why seme hates him.
Seme told the uke to have sex with him or something like that if he wants something from him.
Uke told seme to stop loving his father because his father won't love him (or something like that).
