i get you i get you. i've had it for a similar amount of time as well. i think if you already arent, take melatonin, if you already are take more within a safe ammount of time. i also recommend no lights on and tech away although nobody does that. i know how tough it can be so i know some of the above might not do much but it could be a start (?).......   reply
