I listen to music while doing all math and similar things, accounting too. Some of those things which you can do like a robot once you learn them. As for reading, I pick instumental music, classical, chinese, sometimes asmr....
As for video games, my video games usually have great music which immerse me in the games. But if some are really lacking......
