Count sheep. It sounds cliche but it can help to lay down and think about something you know, you don't really think about and it is kinda borring. I personaly repeat some film moments. I know what happens and it calms down.

Is that a regular thing or just now? If it's a regular thing you might have insomnia or a broken body clock? What time do you usually go to sleep? If it's just now, try closing your eyes. That's pretty much about it or you can try drinking milk 1 reply
I like to imagine the continuation of a story i read everytime i went to sleep. It's pretty effective for me when i find it hard to fall asleep owo. But maybe put down your phone right now and try closing your eyes lol. reply
