Unfortunately, height is mostly genetics so you really can't do anything about it. You can try sleeping a lot longer since that's the only time you grow but since you stop growing at 16, it's pretty much useless to do it now. i tried drinking milk like every day when i started playing volleyball (at the time i was 14 and 167cm) but no luck. i recommend exercising though ( im pretty sure that the age 16 thing isn't true, although i cant say for sure). once i started playing volley i grew 3cm so now im (still) 14 and 170cm.   2 reply

What about your genetics? Sry if this sounds too personal but are your parents, siblings and other family members have similar heights too or r you the odd one out. This personally helped me figure out wether I will grow taller or not. Sry I don’t really know any exercises tho. Hope this will still kinda help you. OwO   1 reply

Umm. That's definitely a fake news. Cause from a reliable source(you can search it up again lol) height stops for women around 18 to 20 years old (tho the last one is rare). Fruits rich in vitamins for heights (lol im not sure so u can search for it) and exercises could help you.   1 reply
