I am straight and I do read yaoi. I don’t find it odd. In the beginning, weren’t the target readers of yaoi straight females? I could be mistaken but that’s what I’ve heard. Also as long as you don’t think that real life works exactly the same way yaoi does and as long as you don’t fetishize gay couples I don’t think it’s bad.
