bad breath and unclean mouth

Fear of other people and my own breath being bad. and so, in combo with that fear is the fear of an unclean mouth. The moment i see someone's tongue is slightly white I cringe in disgust because can you imagine the germs and smell in that mouth? just thinking about it gives me chills.
