Sorry if this sounds harsh but are you fr asking this kind of question to strangers who mostly consist of teens on an illegal manga-reading site? You can't really expect to get any answers from us. insomnia is completely normal (can be a result of hormonal imbalance or just mental health issues) as is talking to yourself. having violent thoughts is normal to an extent as long as it's simply intrusive thoughts, but as you've said you've acted on certain thoughts unknowingly which is not great to say the least. talk to your parents/guardians ab......   1 reply

1. First one sounds normal enough. 2. Violent thought. Normal. 3. Talking to yourself. It happens. That’s how I see it, but honestly just talk to a professional. Self diagnosing yourself isn’t smart, and having a bunch of undeveloped teens diagnose you on an illegal site is probably an even worse idea.   1 reply

This just seems like normal shit. I'm not going to say anything definitive but you may be on the spectrum. I'd suggest talking to a mental health professional of some kind and bringing that up as a possibility. This is not this place to get answers for that. There is no harm in seeing a therapist/professional you can talk these things out with. Ask your parents to get seen and that’s you need someone to go talk it out too.   reply

No one can make any kind of judgement without having a lengthy, in-depth discussion. Go talk to a psychologist/mental health professional if your thoughts or behaviors are bothering you and the people around you––if you have insomnia, that's reason enough.   reply
