No idea who sent this, but I can confirm those screenshots are real and not the only extremely questionable things he's done or said that involve minors or people he thought were minors.
His current account's discord tag is #5599 and his user ID is 354255158789537798 for those of you on discord.
I cannot suggest enough that you steer clear of him......
