My first manga was Detective Conan - I slowly got into in, then shifted to the anime, first with the vf (version française) then the original Japanese version. I needed time to adapt to the new voices but the language itself didn't bother me (I came to like it).
My first contact with anime was prior to that: in my early childhood I was watching ......
